Key conditions of the example

The return process must be initiated by sending an email to eva.del.vecchio.activewear@gmail.com fulfilling the following requirements:

• Deadline: 15 days from receipt.

• Product condition:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With its original label (uncut)

  • Without any kind of stain (e.g., makeup), or signs of use (friction, sweat, etc.).

• State the reason for return

• Documentation: Receipt or proof of purchase.

• Types of operation: Exchange for another size or return for refund.

• Return Shipping: Cost, shipping method and integrity of the shipment, borne by the buyer.
