From the moment of purchase confirmation, the order is prepared, quality is checked and it is dispatched within 1 (one) business day after the purchase.

The address provided must be accurate: Street; Number; Details (floor number, apartment, doorbell, etc.); Cross streets or intersection; City; Province; Postal Code. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellations.

For domestic shipments (Argentina), we will use private courier or Correo Argentino (Argentine Post) depending on the buyer's location. Product delivery will take 1 to 3 business days within the Greater Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area; 3 to 5 business days for deliveries in the Province of Buenos Aires (interior); and 5+ business days for interprovincial shipments.
